Delete Your EchoTrail Account

If you would like to permanently delete your EchoTrail account and associated data, you may request deletion using one of the methods below.

Option 1 - From the App

Open EchoTrail and navigate to:

Settings - Delete Account

Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account.

If you no longer have access to the app, email:

Please include the email address associated with your EchoTrail account.

Your account information.
Your profile information.
Your Echoes and associated content where applicable.
Other personal data associated with your account, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.
